What kind of service do you provide?

Two main types of service that we provide

– Private transfer between Hua Hin and Bangkok City (including Don Muang Airport and Suvarnabhumi Airport near Bangkok)

– Private individual day tours around Bangkok province, nearby and Around Thailand.

How can I book?

All booking and reservation we accept through our website, Facebook, and WhatsApp kakaotalk only, once your booking request sent successfully, you will receive an automatic reply from us confirming that your details received. However, if you insist on the reservation process via email, please provide precise details like date and time.

How to pay deposit?

– 70% Deposit required of the total amount in case of round trip transfer.

– For one way transfer no need to pay for the deposit. You are able to pay directly to the driver when arrival to the destination. (We accept CASH and QR-Code).

In the case of a round-trip booking Why did you collect the money when you arrived? More than when back?

In the case of a round-trip booking, we collect a deposit on the day of the return trip. to guarantee that we will definitely pick you up.. Usually booking a round-trip, the customer will pay 2000+1800, total 3800 THB. not cheaper in any way.

What is the price included?

Air condition vehicle, expressway fee, Tollway fee, gasoline used, Chauffeur fee, tax and service charge, Airport Parking fee, and first-class insurance.

Additional expenses during your trip at the festival?

That there is 200-baht extra fee apply to all transfers during Songkran period (10-20 April) and Christmas/New Year holidays (24.12-07.01). You will be notified about these charges during booking process. However, you will be notified about any extra charges before we confirm your booking request.

How do I recommend a business on Facebook?

To recommend a business on Facebook, follow these steps: 1.Go to the business page you want to recommend. 2 Click on the “Recommend” button on the page. 3 Write a recommendation for the business. This can include your experience with the business, what you liked about it, and why you would recommend it to others. 4 Click “Post” to post your recommendation to the business page. Alternatively, you can also recommend a business by sharing a post from the business on your own timeline or in a group. To do this, find a post from the business that you want to share, and click the “Share” button. This will allow you to post the business’s content to your timeline or in a group, and you can add a recommendation or comment to the post as well. Keep in mind that you can only recommend a business if you have liked the business page. If you have not liked the business page, you will need to do so before you can recommend it.

Do you provide baby/child seat?

Baby car seat extra charge at 200.-THB./each ( for 9-18 kg ).

Is this door to door service?

Yes, it is. You choose where we need to pick you up and where to drop you. It can be a hotel, restaurant, shop, office, and private house – anything that has an address and can be located on the map. The only condition we have, please make sure that there is parking space available at your pick up location where the driver can wait for you. If you book the transfer from the airport, then the driver will wait for you inside the airport building and take you to the car afterward.

Are your rates per car or per person?

All our rates are per car per way.

Do you provide service at late hour?

Yes, we do. Our service provides 24 hours.

Can your divers speak English?

Our drivers can speak English for communication but are not able to offer full tour information.

What is the cancellation policy of taxi booking?

You may cancel your booking 24 hours before your scheduled journey. There are no cancellation fees except in such cases where the Taxi has already arrived at the customers location. In such cases, 300-500 THB. or half price. as a One-time cancellation fee has to be paid to driver.

Cancellation By Bangkok Cab :All the cancellation requests should be done via a phone call to +66 0926500990 or through email at [email protected]

/ In case the booking is cancelled more than 1-2 Days or 24 hour. before the pickup time, No extra charge.

/ In case the booking is cancelled within 1 hour or before pick up time, the customer will pay extra charge half price to the driver.

/ In case of no-show by the customer, or no intimation about change of time/date of booking, the customer will pay extra charge half price to the driver.  The value of the cash payment to the driver/ The final payment shall always be in cash or QR Code as the driver might will not be able to charge on card and will not accept cheque payments.

Note :
In case of vehicle accident/break-down the company will provide an alternate vehicle, Bangkok Cab shall not be subject to any compensation.

/ In case of a no-show by the driver for a scheduled departure, the company will provide an immediate replacement with a similar car.

How can i change the time for pick up?

Since there are no security deposits involved, you are free to change the time for pick up at least 24 hours in advance. Please inform us at least 1 day before or as soon as possible if you decide to change the time for pick up or change your traveling date or time. Please let me know as soon. There will be no cost. Because the company Already reserved the car for service If the customer asks to change the time suddenly Will continue to affect other customers

How can I find your staff at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport / Don Muang airport?

Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport (Both International and Domestic flight) our representative/driver will wait with YOUR NAME on the signboard at Gate 3 on level 2 (inside the building).


Don Muang airport

For International flight our representative/driver will wait with YOUR NAME on the signboard at Gate 5 on terminal 1 (inside the building).
For Domestic flight our representative/driver will wait with YOUR NAME on the signboard at Gate 11 on terminal 2 (inside the building).

Is it possible that will not get the car type as per original booked?

Yes, sometimes the accident can happen. It is possible that the company is not able to send the car type as per the original booking due to some technical problems. The company will send better class/categories of car for customers without prior notice, however price will remain the same as discussed ( NOT CHARGE MORE). On the other hand in case of downgrading car type, the price will be collected as per the actual rate of those car types.
